These barriers feature a below-ground assembly with heavy steel cylindrical settings on both ends, capable of raising & lowering the bar to effectively stop or limit vehicular traffic. Upon impact, the force is initially absorbed by the steel structure and then transferred to the foundation, ensuring robust resistance against forceful vehicular entry.

The K4 Crash Rated Boom Barriers operate on either 220 V AC (Single Phase) or 440 V AC (Three Phase) and boast a rapid opening and closing time of 4 to 10 seconds, enhancing throughput and reducing wait times at entry points. Manual hand cranks or hand pumps are available for operations during a power cut. Our one-point solution enhances safety, security, and movement control by reliably stopping high-speed vehicles, potentially eradicating the chassis. These barriers can be used alone or with accessories like sirens and flashing lights, which signal the barrier’s movement to prevent inadvertent impacts. The acoustic siren ensures the safety of all vehicles moving close to the manoeuvring area of the barrier, strengthening campus security effectively.
